A husband and wife duo, Colin and Sarah Davis have designed homes and hosted short term rentals for over 7 years. The 1800 House is their passion project. A historic space that sat vacant for years in the heart of Downtown Burdett, they lovingly restored and transformed this historic landmark into a boutique short term rental in the spring of 2023. With the completion of the upstairs apartment, they moved their attention to the large space on the first floor. The event space first hosted their own rehearsal event and bridal party events for their wedding in the fall of 2023. They are thrilled to be able to host events in this historic space.
