Set below our luxury airbnb rental, the open floor plan features high ceilings, original hand painted hardwood floors, and vintage inspired decor. This warm, historic space can accommodate 30-75 guest comfortably, making it ideal for intimate gatherings, celebrations, workshops, and more.

  • Our upstairs apartment has a chefs kitchen perfect for a catering company to prep and warm food, along with a wine refrigerate and domestic sized ice maker. Please see additional rules for more info.

  • We have a 6-8 car lot available with ample nearby street parking.
